Our Commitment: All experiences operate on specified weekdays only. The Racing Car Experience, the Ferrari Experience, the Cayman Taster and the Ferrari Taster will also operate on a limited number of Saturdays between March and November. Minimum age applies to all experiences these are: 13 years for the New Starter Experience and 18 years for all other experiences and driver must hold a current full driving licence (except New Starter Experience). Minimum height 4'10" for the New Starter Experience, and 5'2" for all other experiences. Maximum height 6' 4" for all experiences. Maximum weight 18 Stone. Croft Promosport Limited is committed to ensuring that all its customers enjoy driving experiences of the highest quality, which are safe, exciting and value for money. We know how much our customers look forward to their driving experience and our terms of business have been carefully written to ensure that there are no misunderstandings which could detract from your enjoyment. Your Commitment: Once you have made your purchase refunds will only be given within seven days from the date the voucher is given, subject to an administration fee. After this period no refunds will be given. All bookings are non-refundable. Once a date is confirmed it cannot be changed, save on one occasion only, if notified 14 days previously. You cannot change the date of your booking less than two weeks before the chosen date as time, vehicles and staff have been reserved for you and we cannot re-sell any experience at such short notice. If you do not attend you will lose all monies paid. If the nominated driver is unable to attend and you wish to send a replacement driver to take the reserved driving experience, we can accept substitutes right up to the time of signing on for the course. You will forfeit the entire driving experience fee if you fail to attend on the day and time of your booking.

All vehicles are subject to availability and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. We ask that you arrive and book in for your experience at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We cannot permit anyone to participate in an experience without attending the drivers briefing it is essential that you arrive on time. No alcohol or illegal substances can be consumed prior to the experience and we reserve the right to refuse an activity to persons we suspect to be under the influence of either. All on track experiences require the wearing of a crash helmet, provided by the circuit. To ensure safety, it is a condition of admission to Croft Promosport Limited that no animals are allowed on site and any person found in breach of this condition will be asked to leave.

Voucher Validity: A gift voucher is a great way of treating someone special to an experience of a lifetime. You can choose a driving experience and leave the choice of date open to the recipient. All vouchers carry an expiry date, please check individual vouchers. Under no circumstances will vouchers be extended beyond this date.

Payment: Full payment must be made upon purchasing a driving experience with most forms of payment accepted. Cheques must be made payable to Croft Promosport Ltd and received at least ten working days before the experience. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.

Delivery:All gift packs are dispatched via Royal Mail postal services, unless collected from our office or sent by another dispatch service on request. In the rare instance that a gift pack goes astray in the post we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of its non-arrival. If you require guaranteed delivery on a specific date we can send your gift pack by Royal Mail special delivery subject to an additional cost. All Royal Mail services apply to UK mainland addresses only and are subject to normal Royal Mail terms and conditions.

Description: Where the duration of an experience is mentioned in our information, by our staff or agents, this is an approximate time and is given as a guide only. Unless specifically stated, you will normally take your experience with other participants and there may be some waiting time involved.

Insurance: The very nature of our experiences means that some personal risk may be involved in taking part in the activities we offer and you should be aware of this when booking. We require your signature on a disclaimer before participation is allowed. Please note that some medical conditions preclude certain drivers from taking part, for example haemophilia or epilepsy. Croft Promosport Limited carries full third party and public liability insurance cover for their operations. Drivers must hold a current and full driving licence to take part in all activities (except for the New Starter Experience, Autotest and High Speed Passenger Laps).

Finally, the weather: All our experiences are offered subject to the availability of dates, vehicles, facilities and of course the weather conditions. If we are unable to run your experience due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control, we will let you know with as much notice as possible. In such circumstances you will be able to re-book your experience, however, this must by booked and taken within three months of the original planned date. However the Circuit Management reserves the right to alter or amend any information as deemed necessary.

Whilst we will endeavour to provide the course as stated above, there may be times when due to circumstances beyond our control the course may be altered.

Track Day Booking & Payment :

• Discounts are available if 4 or more full days are booked, only available on telephone bookings. Please contact the circuit direct.
• Provisional bookings, do not guarantee a space on the track day.
• Provisional bookings will be confirmed only once full payment has been received.
• Place are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse and bookings.
• The confirmation generated from the website are not VAT receipts, please contact the circuit in advance if you require a VAT receipt, as these may not be available on the day.
• We reserve the right to change any of the prices for track days without prior notice.
• Bookings, which are cancelled, more than 10 working days notice to the track day may be entitled to a refund less £25 admin fee.
• Bookings which are cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the event are strictly non-refundable, non transferable and no credit notes will be issued unless the place can be filled, in which a refund or credit note may be issued subject to the admin fee.
• A credit note following a cancellation of a booking (by the customer) is only valid for 12 months from date of issue.

On the Day :

• All drivers must sign a declaration/signing-on form and must present for inspection a full current driving licence. A mandatory briefing will then take place where all drivers must attend.
• There will be no scrutineering carried out. It is the sole responsibility of the owners themselves to ensure their car is in a suitable track worthy condition. All cars attending should be up to the standard of a MOT and cope with the days activities. Road Tyres must have sufficient tread on them to cope with the days activities. Slick tyres will be allowed but the circuit will be monitoring the driving standards.
• Noise Levels on cars must be 98dba static level or under. Please note that your car will be noise tested and if it is found to be over the limit then it will not be able to take part and no temporary devices will be allowed to be used also no refunds will be given. It is the responsibility of the driver of that car that it adheres to the noise level.
• It is also advisable to wear trousers, a long sleeved top and comfortable flat soled shoes, such as trainers.
• An approved safety helmet must be worn. These are available to hire from Croft Circuit on the day at £5 each with a £50 returnable deposit.
• All drivers must complete the first session following the instructors pace car. There will only be one group permitted onto the track at any one time.
• Drivers will be carefully monitored throughout the day and any driver considered to be driving dangerously will be black flagged, this could result in them being asked to leave the track.
• Please ensure you arrive with a full tank of fuel. There is no fuel at the circuit, the nearest petrol station is 3 miles away on the A167 towards Northallerton.
• May we remind you that your conventional insurance may not cover your car on the circuit, please check with your insurance company or broker. We are now able to offer an insurance cover for your vehicle through Competition Car Insurance, you will find details enclosed and please contact them direct prior to the day.
• If we are unable to run your track day for any reason, including adverse weather, we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible.
• The Circuit Management reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the above without notice.
• If you are signing on any passenger they must be 16 years and over and proof of identification will be required.
