Our Commitment: All experiences operate on specified weekdays only. The Racing Car Experience, the Ferrari Experience, the Cayman Taster and the Ferrari Taster will also operate on a limited number of Saturdays between March and November. Minimum age applies to all experiences these are: 13 years for the New Starter Experience and 18 years for all other experiences and driver must hold a current full driving licence (except New Starter Experience). Minimum height 4'10" for the New Starter Experience, and 5'2" for all other experiences. Maximum height 6' 4" for all experiences. Maximum weight 18 Stone. Croft Promosport Limited is committed to ensuring that all its customers enjoy driving experiences of the highest quality, which are safe, exciting and value for money. We know how much our customers look forward to their driving experience and our terms of business have been carefully written to ensure that there are no misunderstandings which could detract from your enjoyment. Your Commitment: Once you have made your purchase refunds will only be given within seven days from the date the voucher is given, subject to an administration fee. After this period no refunds will be given. All bookings are non-refundable. Once a date is confirmed it cannot be changed, save on one occasion only, if notified 14 days previously. You cannot change the date of your booking less than two weeks before the chosen date as time, vehicles and staff have been reserved for you and we cannot re-sell any experience at such short notice. If you do not attend you will lose all monies paid. If the nominated driver is unable to attend and you wish to send a replacement driver to take the reserved driving experience, we can accept substitutes right up to the time of signing on for the course. You will forfeit the entire driving experience fee if you fail to attend on the day and time of your booking.
All vehicles are subject to availability and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. We ask that you arrive and book in for your experience at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We cannot permit anyone to participate in an experience without attending the drivers briefing it is essential that you arrive on time. No alcohol or illegal substances can be consumed prior to the experience and we reserve the right to refuse an activity to persons we suspect to be under the influence of either. All on track experiences require the wearing of a crash helmet, provided by the circuit. To ensure safety, it is a condition of admission to Croft Promosport Limited that no animals are allowed on site and any person found in breach of this condition will be asked to leave.
Voucher Validity: A gift voucher is a great way of treating someone special to an experience of a lifetime. You can choose a driving experience and leave the choice of date open to the recipient. All vouchers carry an expiry date, please check individual vouchers. Under no circumstances will vouchers be extended beyond this date.
Payment: Full payment must be made upon purchasing a driving experience with most forms of payment accepted. Cheques must be made payable to Croft Promosport Ltd and received at least ten working days before the experience. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.
Delivery:All gift packs are dispatched via Royal Mail postal services, unless collected from our office or sent by another dispatch service on request. In the rare instance that a gift pack goes astray in the post we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of its non-arrival. If you require guaranteed delivery on a specific date we can send your gift pack by Royal Mail special delivery subject to an additional cost. All Royal Mail services apply to UK mainland addresses only and are subject to normal Royal Mail terms and conditions.
Description: Where the duration of an experience is mentioned in our information, by our staff or agents, this is an approximate time and is given as a guide only. Unless specifically stated, you will normally take your experience with other participants and there may be some waiting time involved.
Insurance: The very nature of our experiences means that some personal risk may be involved in taking part in the activities we offer and you should be aware of this when booking. We require your signature on a disclaimer before participation is allowed. Please note that some medical conditions preclude certain drivers from taking part, for example haemophilia or epilepsy. Croft Promosport Limited carries full third party and public liability insurance cover for their operations. Drivers must hold a current and full driving licence to take part in all activities (except for the New Starter Experience, Autotest and High Speed Passenger Laps).
Finally, the weather: All our experiences are offered subject to the availability of dates, vehicles, facilities and of course the weather conditions. If we are unable to run your experience due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control, we will let you know with as much notice as possible. In such circumstances you will be able to re-book your experience, however, this must by booked and taken within three months of the original planned date. However the Circuit Management reserves the right to alter or amend any information as deemed necessary.
Whilst we will endeavour to provide the course as stated above, there may be times when due to circumstances beyond our control the course may be altered.
