Torque - the ability of an engine to accelerate a car. It's the force that you most readily experience when you drive the Porsche 997 Turbo, all the way from 2700rpm to 4600rpm.

Add to that 472bhp and you suddenly have a very quick car with easily accessible performance. The engine position and four wheel drive gives phenomenal grip and traction. You can feel the rear weight bias and initially it feels unusual, but then it will all click and you will realise why the Porsche 997 Turbo has a such a strong following.

Before the 997 Turbo you'll drive the new Porsche Cayman - just to get you in the Porsche mood and to help learn the fast curves of Croft  Circuit. After your time in the Porsche the driver will finalise the course with 5 laps in a race prepared Ginetta G20.

Course consists of:

• Signing On - Safety Briefing - Introduction to Instructor
• 3 laps – Mazda MPS - circuit familiarisation – Instructor Drives
• 4 laps – Porsche Cayman – Client Drives
• 4 laps – Porsche 997 Turbo – Client Drives
• 5 laps – Ginetta G20 – Client Drives

Need to know : Drivers must hold a full licence, On the day drivers must wear clothes that cover their arms and legs, Helmets, race boots and gloves are provided, Spectators are welcome - free of charge, All prices correct at time of going to press.
