ADDITIONAL POINTS:

1: All drivers must hold a full UK road licence, which will be required at registration. The circuit does not carry out an inspection of vehicles prior to entering the track. It is the sole responsibility of the owner to ensure their vehicle is in a suitable track worthy condition. All cars attending should be up to the standard of a MOT and be able to cope with the day’s activity. Road Tyres must have sufficient tread. Slick tyres are allowed but the circuit staff will monitor driving standards.

2: Noise Levels must not exceed 88 dbA on a static ½ metre test. Please note that your car will be noise tested and if it is found to be over the limit then it will not be able to take part. Temporary devices are not allowed.

3: An approved safety helmet must be worn. These are available to hire from the Circuit on the day at £10 each with a £50 returnable deposit. We also advise you to cover your arms and legs.

4: Drivers will be carefully monitored throughout the day and any driver considered to be driving dangerously will be black flagged, this could result in them being asked to leave the track. Please note that there will be no refunds given.

5: Please ensure you arrive with a full tank of fuel. There is no fuel at the circuit, the nearest petrol station is 3 miles away on the A167 towards Northallerton.

6: May we advise you that your conventional insurance may not cover your car on the circuit, please check with your insurance company or broker. Should you require cover for the day Competition Car Insurance (telephone - 0115 941 5255) will be happy to provide a quote. Please contact them prior to the event.

7: If we are unable to run the track day for any reason, including adverse weather, we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible. You will receive a refund or credit towards another event.

8: Passengers must be 16 years and over - proof of identification will be required.

9: Please note that we have a no smoking policy within the buildings, garages and pit lane. Anyone found not adhering to this policy may be asked to leave the circuit.

10: The Circuit Management reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the above without notice.
